Sheikh Haif began his professional journey in the late 1960s with an ambitious vision founded on hard work, quality, and trust. Through this vision, he contributed to establishing a diversified national business enterprise spanning the contracting, industrial, investment, agricultural, and hospitality sectors, and participating in the delivery of major development projects across various regions of the Kingdom.
In 1976, Haif Trading and Contracting Company was established. Under his vision and leadership, the company grew from a contracting business into an integrated enterprise encompassing engineering and construction, supporting industries, investment, agriculture, and hospitality. His approach was founded on developing national capabilities, strengthening operational capacity, maintaining the highest standards of execution quality, and fulfilling responsibilities and commitments with integrity.
His business activities extended across a wide range of fields, including buildings, roads, bridges, water and wastewater networks, infrastructure, power and telecommunications projects, and electrical substations. They also encompassed ready-mix concrete and block manufacturing plants, quarries and asphalt plants, agricultural activities, food production, and hotel and residential investments. This diversity formed an integrated business ecosystem that enhanced project delivery efficiency and contributed to serving the national market and economy.
Throughout this journey, Haif Company participated in the delivery of numerous major and specialised projects across the Kingdom in the fields of buildings, infrastructure, roads, water, power, and telecommunications.
