The Wadi Safar project includes the implementation of an integrated infrastructure system to support the development of 42 new land plots. The scope of work covers the construction of service corridors to accommodate multiple utility networks, the development of roads to ensure full access to the plots, and the installation of stormwater drainage systems to control water runoff. In addition, potable water supply networks will be installed, along with dedicated irrigation systems for the maintenance of green areas. The works also include the installation of a medium-voltage (33 kV) power distribution network and street lighting poles to enhance safety.
