- Proficiency in creating professional presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role ensures compliance with company standards in material handling, inventory control, and safety procedures. The incumbent will supervise warehouses staff, implement operational improvements, and optimize storage efficiency for construction materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management
- Supervise and support store keepers and their teams across all assigned locations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store management staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Oversight
- Ensure stores comply with operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and inventory.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Performance
- monitor performance metrics for each store.
- Analyze inventory and reports .
- Handle escalated requester team issues or complaints when necessary.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all stores are compliant with health, safety, and labor laws.
- Enforce company policies and maintain high standards of integrity and accountability.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

We are seeking two proactive Technical Support Engineers to reinforce our IT team and ensure seamless operation of all technology assets across the head office and project sites. The successful candidates will install, configure, and maintain hardware / software, deliver first- and second-line support, and contribute to continuous improvement of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support for desktop, network, and application-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems are running efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Implement and support security protocols and antivirus systems.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess and fulfill technology needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.
- Support remote users with VPN, email, and system access issues
- Provide training and guidance to users on basic system and software usage.
- Create email addresses for new employees in the Exchange server
- Set up Outlook email and ensure data syncs to Exchange
- Provide file server permissions to authorized users and managers.
- Repair desktop and laptop and recover the data loss.
- Arrange meetings for the department and higher management if required, using tools
- like Microsoft Teams or Cisco WebEx.
- Create service requests and material requests in the ERP system.
- Follow up with suppliers for requested items and thoroughly check specifications.
- Maintain the IT inventory, including CPUs, laptops, copier machines, plotters, printers,
- and assigned fixed assets.
- Manage and configure CCTV surveillance cameras for the head office and site offices,
- and maintain backup recording
- Visit sites for technical issues if necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial or related field. 8 – 10 years of experience in major construction projects. Certified Professional Certifications (mandatory) and Experience: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, HSE, ISO 9001.
